Sambini Pyla is a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant with over 20 years of experience delivering quality solutions for state government, enterprise, and health insurance exchange programs. She specializes in test strategy, release readiness, and stakeholder collaboration to drive business-aligned outcomes. She serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) and Medicaid systems, providing domain leadership and guidance across initiatives.

Prior to Joining Aveento
Prior to joining Aveento Consulting, Sambini served as a Technical Test Lead at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, supporting modernization and Agile initiatives. She also held QA leadership and analyst roles with the Washington State Employment Security Department and Tata Consultancy Services, supporting clients across the U.S. and internationally.

She brings an in-depth functional and technical understanding of state-based exchange platforms along with Medicaid/Medicare eligibility/enrollment fundamentals.

Throughout her career, Raveen has worked closely with system integrator teams (Deloitte & Get Insured) to ensure delivered products align with organizational expectations. She has extensive experience partnering with state and federal agencies to deliver business and technical implementations for the continued success of key Exchange milestones. She has a strong ability to build cross-functional teams capable of delivering high-quality solutions that align with the organization’s vision and priorities.
